Templeogue tennis is going global through the Worldwide Association of Centenary Tennis Clubs.

We are delighted to announce that Templeogue Tennis Club has been accepted as the newest member of the Association of Centenary Tennis Clubs (CTC) – see www.centenarytennisclubs.org.

The mission of the CTC is to:

• Bring together historic clubs and highlight their important role in the past and going forward;
• Create a community of interest, sharing information and fostering links and cooperation between clubs and their members via their website and biannual newsletter;
• Facilitate reciprocity and exchanges between member clubs;
• Organise tournaments and events, with an important commitment (looking to the future) to junior tennis; and
• Generally promote the development of tennis and its values, through our own efforts and in conjunction with like-minded partners.

This will likely mean some opportunities to play at other member clubs throughout Europe in 2022 and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for all our members and we will be joining five Dublin tennis clubs; Fitzwilliam, Carrickmines, Malahide, Donnybrook, and Sutton.
